Why QNM Advice
QNM stands for quantum. For the smallest physical particles our world is made of. They are invisible, yet they determine how the whole behaves. In companies it is the same: often it is the unremarkable details, patterns of thinking and decisions that decide between success and standstill.
What drives me
I have always wanted to understand what drives people. So I read a lot: biographies of successful people, psychology, neurology, physics. My most important insight: mindset determines what we achieve. If you have a clear vision and follow it consistently, you can shape your own world.
How I think
For me it does not matter which title someone carries, but what this person moves. I think beyond the known and question assumptions that others take for granted. And I believe in visions, even when others do not understand them yet.

Who I am
When people ask me about my biggest weakness, I tell them that I see problems as challenges. And I feel most at home outside my comfort zone.
This curiosity has taken me around the world and has given me the courage to take new paths again and again.
My roots are in financial services. There I supported start-ups as they were built, and I helped shape and improve key processes. I saw what moves companies forward and what makes them fail.
Today I am studying Business Artificial Intelligence (BSc) at FHNW. I wanted to understand what the technology can really do and what it brings to people, companies and the future.
I bring all of this together, along with a large network. So that ideas become reality.
